Professional fee
If work has not yet begun on your engagement, our professional fee is fully refundable on request.
If work is underway, a proportionate refund may be issued at our discretion after accounting for time already spent.
Government fees and stamp duty
Statutory fees paid to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, state registrars and other government departments are non-refundable once paid.
Third-party charges
Charges from third-party providers (Digital Signature Certificates, notary, courier and similar) are pass-through and non-refundable once consumed.
Refund window
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
